Natixis Corporate & Investment Banking is dedicated to providing innovative financial solutions for our clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Treasury Operations Associate to join our team. This role will focus on collateral management support and reporting, playing a crucial part in supporting our global clients and ensuring the efficiency of our Treasury Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collateral Management:
· Monitor and manage margin calls and exposures with clients, including resolving disputes.
· Provide Follow-The-Sun (FTS) support for our global clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues.
Escalation Point:
· Serve as the primary point of escalation for any collateral management FTS issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
Day-to-Day Supervision:
· Oversee the day-to-day activities of outsourced support teams to ensure quality and control over transactions and reconciliations.
· Ensure that all daily supervisory checklists and controls are completed accurately.
Process Improvement:
· Exhibit an innovative mindset by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, minimize risk, and increase operational efficiency.
Reporting:
· Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reports related to Collateral Management and Treasury Operations.
The salary range for this position will be between $100, 000 - $120,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
Profil et compétences requises
2 to 5 years of collateral management experience preferred; however, candidates with relevant internships or educational experience will also be considered.
Banking or Treasury Operations experience is a plus.
Understanding of derivative products and experience with ISDA, CSA, MRA, and GMRA documentation.
Knowledge of Calypso is a plus.
Proficiency in Power BI is preferred; familiarity with DuCo, Alteryx, or other similar tools is acceptable with a willingness to learn.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on risk and urgency.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
