Poste et missions
Main Responsibilities:
· Assist in TM alerts review and case escalations to ensure suspicious activity/transactions are thoroughly investigated;
· Assist in reviewing escalations and exceptions relating to Know Your Customer (KYC);
· Support the MLRO in the timely filing of STRs;
· Conduct trend analysis of emerging FCC risk exposures to the Bank;
· Monitor AML/CFT regulatory developments, new guidelines or requirements, and ensure updates are completed timely and communicated;
· Assist in establishing, reviewing and updating APAC FCC Policies and Procedures to ensure alignment with applicable regulations and internal Head Office (HO) and APAC Policies’ requirements;
· Assist in collating and preparing of Management Information (MI) for submission to HO and/or business stakeholders;
· Conduct name screening and escalation for BizCom review;
· Assist in maintaining the APAC FCC Project Tracker, and make escalations when it is appropriate;
· Support FCC related projects as required
Required Skills:
· Internship Experience in FCC role, preferably with a focus on TM and Investigations in a corporate/investment banking environment.
· Good understanding of local FCC regulations in APAC with a focus on HK and international Sanction laws etc. is preferred.
· Fluency in English and Cantonese (spoken and written) is a must. Additional languages such as Mandarin or French is preferred but not mandatory.
· Good critical thinking and analytical skills with an eye for details.
· Ability to work under pressure, multi-task with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
· Team player with good communication and project management skills.
