Natixis CIB Americas is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketer for our Commodity Sales team. This position will be based in New York and will focus on developing and servicing clients across the Commodity Products line, spanning the entire supply chain from producers to consumers. We are looking to fill this position at either the Vice President level or the Director level.
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue growth by leveraging existing corporate customer relationships while actively pursuing new client opportunities.
· Identify client needs in commodity risk management, primarily focusing on consumer-side clients across the Americas (U.S., Canada, and Latin America).
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication, including updates on market news, trends, and product developments, while identifying emerging needs.
· Initiate and follow up on credit and legal documentation, ensuring proper setup for pre-dealing and post-dealing processes.
· Focus on specific asset classes, including Power, and provide tailored derivatives solutions to meet client hedging requirements.
The salary range for the VP position will be between $200,000 - $250,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
The salary range for the Director position will be between $250,000 - $300,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
Profil et compétences requises
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5/10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 3/5 years of experience in marketing at reputable financial institutions. Proven track record of developing and managing a solid portfolio of clients is essential.
In-depth expertise in Natural Gas, Power, Crude Oil, Residuals, and Refined Products, along with a comprehensive understanding of financial instruments such as swaps and options.
Ability to deliver high-quality products and execution in a professional and timely manner, adhering to defined procedures and internal policies.
Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and drive strategic initiatives.
Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks effectively.
Commitment to sharing information with team members to enhance business relationship development.
Proficiency in Spanish is a required
