Poste et missions

You will be joining the Financial Steering team at Natixis Investment Managers. You will be assisting the Senior Financial Controller in charge of the Group consolidated management reporting.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities:

·  Assisting in the preparation of the reporting process (close or forecast) in SAP Financial Consolidation software.
·  Contribute to the various ongoing projects within the Finance department such as assisting in implementing new reporting policy, create new Excel models, test new customization in SAP Financial Consolidation software.
·  Contribute to the intercompany reconciliation process, perform account checks and run controls to ensure accurate financial information upload from affiliates.
·  Create, update and maintain excel files with the SAP add-in used to support analytics for management reporting.
·  Perform analytical review of financial results, assets under management and staffing levels through variances analysis against prior years, forecasts and plan figures. 
·  Assist in the preparation of executive‐level PowerPoint presentations, including monthly flash reports, business review and Board Presentations. 
·  Track deliverables from affiliates and maintain an organized database of information.

Profil et compétences requises

-You are a business school or university graduate with 5 years‘ higher education in finance or management control;
- You have at least 2 years’ professional experience in management control;
-You are familiar with general and cost accounting;
- Your english is fluent and you have a good knowledge of the Office pack (particularly Excel and Powerpoint);
- You have knowledge of SAP FC and Power BI; In addition to excellent interpersonal skills and excellent listening skills:
- You have excellent analytical, summarising and writing skills;
- You are rigorous about the quality of your work;
- You are able to handle confidential information with discretion and ethics.

- Between 18 and 28 years old;
- To be from a country other than the host country;
- Graduated.
