Poste et missions

·  Collaborate with Bankers to manage client relationships and facilitate strategic discussions, encompassing the origination, structuring, and execution of complex transactions.
·  Perform in-depth financial analyses, strategic business assessments, and valuations.
·  Design and oversee comprehensive financial models.
·  Prepare confidential information memoranda and management presentations.
·  Engage in all phases of deal execution, including due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, and closing.
·  Assist in crafting proposals and presentations for existing and prospective clients, with a focus on Investment Banking opportunities that align with the bank’s strategic objectives.
·  Mentor and train analysts and interns to foster their professional development.
·  Ensure adherence to external regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Profil et compétences requises

• 3-5 years of experience in M&A; candidates with a background in Project Finance will also be considered.
• Strong understanding of M&A activities and the ability to apply skills creatively to meet diverse client needs.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, particularly in financial modeling and valuation techniques (including LBOs, sensitivity analyses, and return assessments).
• Solid foundation in accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Experience in the Infrastructure and Energy sectors is advantageous.
• Key behavioral traits include strong ethical standards, teamwork, a proactive problem-solving mindset, ambition, a commitment to learning, and a strong desire for achievement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in both Italian and English is essential;
