Poste et missions

Job Description Summary:

Support the DCM/ Bond syndicate business as a junior staff, working together with current bankers. Requires strong communication skills, agility, and fundamental IT proficiency in both native level Japanese and business level English.

Main Responsibilities:

·  Support both DCM and bond syndication operations, administration, maintaining good communication with current bankers
·  Participate in internal and external meetings (upon obtaining a local license)
·  DCM (mainly pitchbook drafting)
·  Connect DCM junior channels internally in HK and Paris and collect pitching material data.
·  Work on drafting pitching materials, including PowerPoint and excel spreadsheet.
·  Support drafting and updating pitchbooks for clients in Japanese
·  Maintain the general market update communications with clients via email and phone.
·  Liaise with other IB business lines to create joint pitchbooks.

Required Skills:

·  Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
·  Native level Japanese and Business level English proficiency
·  Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoints
·  Agility and adaptability
·  Experience in Japanese business communication (mandatory)
·  Securities Sales Representative Class I (mandatory). Support for obtaining the license will be provided if not already held.
