Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble components on the production line using a variety of tools and equipment, including mechanical and electrical assembly.
* Support quality, productivity, and process improvement initiatives.
* Perform work quality checks to ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
* Maintain a clean, well-organized, and safe work area.
* Undertake training relevant to the role and act as a mentor to others.
* Adhere to all risk assessment and Health & Safety regulations.


Training required

Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a related field.
* Manually dexterous with mechanical/electrical quality aptitude.
* Experience in a similar role within manufacturing.
* Strong organizational skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
