C4Commerce is a fast growing staffing and recruitment business based in Waterloo London. We provide recruitment services to companies using eCommerce and online technology to drive their digital transformation.

The role of a Recruitment Consultant is incredibly diverse and exciting. Fundamentally, it includes key skills in sales and business development. Gaining knowledge and understanding of the companies we work with is an essential part of our business. Consultants build relationships with a client company in order to gain a better understanding of its recruitment needs or specific role requirements.

A Recruitment Consultant’s daily activities include a wide range of tasks, such as:

- Actively developing knowledge of the chosen market to aid you in bringing in new business to your desk and building a pipeline

- Attracting candidates by using a wide range of media, attending events, headhunting and through referral

- Screening and interviewing candidates, conducting background checks and matching candidates to vacancies

- Using sales, marketing techniques, networking and business development techniques to attract business from client companies across the UK

- Preparing proposal documents, fee/rate negotiation and agreeing terms of business

- Writing effective and attractive job adverts to attract candidates

- Working in a close knit team to ensure all opportunities in the market are explored and delivered on, with maximum revenue being achieved

- Assess client suitability for current and/or future vacancies,

relationships, info gathering on client- structure, man, size, culture etc.

- Identifying opportunities to represent C4 at trade shows and eCommerce/retail events
