Job description
Our technology driven and customer focused client in the property sector is seeking to recruit two B2B Lead Generators on a permanent basis for their Swindon head office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will be making contact with the decision makers within targeted firms across England and Wales (details provided to you). Taking a consultative approach to understand the firm's business and needs, you will secure appointments for our client's field based sales team.
Key Role Criteria:
- Working from on-going and quarterly campaigns, making outbound calls to Heads of Real Estate and Residential/Commercial departments.
- Responsible for outlining client's proposition and specifically what elements of the system would be of benefit.
- Calls to be qualified when appointed and all details recorded on the CRM system.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of lead generation or telesales in a Business to Business (B2B) environment, be a confident and sociable person who can quickly establish rapport over the phone and control the conversation.
The successful candidates will receive an excellent basic salary commensurate on experience, Uncapped OTE, large company benefits such as 25 days annual leave in addition to bank holidays, Pension contribution and more
