Job description
We are currently looking for volunteers to undertake the following roles:
*Event Coordinators
*Stewards
*Hospitality staff
*Admin Assistants
*Marketing Assistants
Hours are flexible however it is essential that all volunteers are available on Saturday 5th Nov 2016 between 7:00am - 17:30pm
Candidate Profile:
-Excellent written English due to member correspondence and writing.
-Competent computer user
-Team player with a can-do attitude.
-Warm and engaging telephone manner is essential
-Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
-Hardworking and enthusiastic to learn
Travel expenses in Birmingham; to and from the office, or to and from conferences will be reimbursed
Desired profile
Marketing, event management, administrative skills and customer service skills are desirable but not necessary.
This is a good opportunity for volunteers to gain industry experience.
