Job Description

Manage multiple project schedules, scheduling of employees, interact with Clients, generate weekly reports, work closely with management to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule - working with other departments for support. Must abide by Bureau Veritas requirements Code of Ethics and QHS Management System.

Skills

Proficient in Word, InDesign, Excel, PowerPoint, Deltek, Project Scheduler

Education

preferred 4 year degree -construction, business or related field

Preferred Skills

Construction/ document mangement are preferred, technical writing experience is a plus. Organizational skills a must.
