Job description

Bureau Veritas is currently recruiting for an organised, adaptable and tenacious Business Development Coordinator to join our North Sea Offshore Operations business development team in Aberdeen. This is a 12 month fixed term, full time position supporting a range of business development and sales activity, including bids and proposals administration, events and marketing coordination, maintenance and updating of sales systems and corporate communication.

Main duties and responsibilities:

· Supporting the Business Development teamwith compilation of proposals and sales tenders
· Developing and maintaining of trackers and providing regular sales reports as requested by the Business Development Manager
· Managing events calendar and responsible for planning and coordination of division attendance at industry events
· Creation and/or formatting of presentations
· Responsible for maintaining stock of branded merchandise and liaising with suppliers
· Assisting with development of divisional corporate literature
· Liaise with clients direct as and when required
· Liaison with project teams to ensure sales information is being accurately captured for division
· Focal point for maintenance and updating of sales systems (FPAL, CRM etc.)
· Development and ownership of generic templates for proposals, tenders etc.
· Diary management
· General administrative support to the business development team

Person Specifications:

· Computer literate with excellent written English and IT skills.
· Competent user ofMicrosoft Office applications, particularly Word and PowerPoint
· Experience of creating professionalbids and tenders
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
· Ability to prioritise deliverables in a changing work environment
· Tenacious with the ability to coordinate and motivate others
