Salary £22,000 - £24,000 per annum
Full time permanent position

We are now recruiting for a Sales Order Processor/Merchandiser to join our energetic, ambitious and innovative organisation.
Requirements
• Previous sales order processing and merchandising experience
• Comfortable with IT systems and Excel
• Commercially aware
• Analytical with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills and highly customer focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
About the role
As Sales Order Processor/Merchandiser you will effectively process enquiries and orders by working closely with the Product team. It will be your responsibility to ensure all replenishment transfer orders are entered correctly in a timely fashion and verify stock levels are correct in our system. Your other responsibilities will include:
• Liaising with the warehouse regarding store returns
• Managing weekly replenishment using in house IT systems
• Arranging new launches
• Liaising with the Product Development team to produce new stand/tank planograms
• Arranging the layout and order of merchandising booklets for House of Fraser stores in conjunction with Marketing
• Managing roll-outs to new stores (working with Planning to ensure stock is available)
• Helping to coordinate annual stock takes with each store concession manager
• Reviewing Buckley London costs and working to maximise cost effectiveness of each opportunity for the company
