Salary: 25k + Uncapped Commission Structure...

42k OTE Year 1, 65 OTE Year 2 and 90k OTE Year 3.

Start date: Immediate

Location: London with the opportunity to travel/work abroad in New York, LA, Singapore and Sydney.

The Role:

Your primary focus will be sourcing candidates from within the Sports Industry to meet the requirements of your clients.

You will start off as Trainee Sports Recruitment & Search Consultant (working mainly at Entry Level) with the opportunity for Fast-Track Career progression via the 12 Month Development programme.

This Award Winning Training Programme not only allows Trainee Sports Recruitment Consultants to learn directly from the Partners and Managing Directors of the company, but the scheme has also seen Graduates (with very little or no sales or recruitment experience) become Senior Consultants within 18 months where you’ll be expected to recruit/headhunt at Management and Chief Executive Level.
