Location: London (Travel opportunities around Europe)

Salary: £24,000 + Commission (Between 8-15% per deal).

1st year OTE £45,000

As UK’s leading Sports Management Company, we are currently looking to expand our growing consultancy team based in our headquarters located in the heart of London’s Financial Sector. We specialise in a number of different fields, helping to provide our clients with Financial and tax advice, mediation, legal advice, public relations, marketing services & lifestyle coaching. We currently represent a number of top level athletes across a variety of disciplines including:

Professional Football (Including Premier league, Serie A, La Liga & Ligue 1)

Professional Boxing

Rugby (Pro 12 & Aviva Premiership & Top 14)

Professional Golf ( Both European & PGA Tour)

The successful candidate will join our leading consultancy team helping not only to manage our current client list but expand it into new markets. Whilst in this position, you will have the opportunity to gain new qualifications to become a fully certified consultant. As a Sports Management consultant Responsibilities include:

Scout for new and talented athletes and players at sports matches and events

Find opportunities with organisations for athletes and players that are suitable for their age, level of ability and salary expectations

Manage your client’s career in terms of marketing and endorsement activities

Learn handle contract and salary packages

Support your clients during times of personal difficulty, loss of form or when they're feeling under pressure.

Candidate Requirements:

This position requires a diverse skills set in order to effectively complete the wide range of responsibilities listed above. Primarily, the company are looking for individuals who can display strong Communication skills (both written & verbal), organisational skills, sales skills and a strong work ethic. In addition to this candidates must have a University degree with at least a 2:2 classification and a strong work history.
