Boutique search firm are hiring 4 bright, energetic and enthusiastic graduates to begin their industry leading graduate trading scheme. The company has experienced rapid growth and is expanding into multiple emerging markets. Graduates will be placed into key areas of development within the company. Full support, training and commission is available from the start, working alongside the recruitment firms top billing consultants. This graduate training scheme offers un-paralleled on the job training with access to uncapped commission and incentives from the start.

This graduate scheme will see successful graduates rotated around each area of the business enabling graduate to experience different markets allowing them to then pick a sector and become a specialist. This tailored approach allows graduates to see a variety of markets before choosing their favoured sector. This is an industry first, one of many for this up and coming boutique firm.

This role requires graduates to be quick learners, money motivated and hardworking. Natural communicators with great people skills will excel at this opportunity. Huge earning potential is entirely possible with last year’s graduates out earning some of the company’s managers.

Every day will involve a mix of managing clients and candidates with all graduates being able to manage their own mini business within a business. Winning, maintaining and managing clients as well as candidates is all part of every graduates role within the company. The graduate training structure is in place to ensure graduates all become managers inside 2 years. This would involve being in charge of their own team’s within their sector.

Graduates need to be :-

All graduates must have a 2.2 degree (Or predicted) or equivalent experience. Graduates must be able to commute to Central London.
