REABLEMENT WORKERS
FILTON, KINGSWOOD & YATE (SOUTH GLOS)
£8.58 p/h Paid by shift, travel expenses and childcare support

As a Reablement Worker with Brunelcare your duties will include supporting individuals and visiting them in their own homes and helping them achieve the goals they have set. Dealing with both their personal care and social goals they have set, dealing with their goals with a view to making a difference to their lives. This role involves working with other professionals and is an ideal opportunity to progress in the care sector.
The Job:
- Working 42 Hours on a 4 on 4 off shift basis
- Going into peoples homes to enable them to reach a level of independence
- Working closely with the Reablement team to ensure Service users goals and outcomes are achieved
The Person:
- Needs full driving licence and the use of a vehicle
- Someone who is compassionate, caring, with an eye for detail
- Experience of care is an advantage but as long as you have a passion to help people make the most of their lives Full training will be given
