Centrally located in the heart of Exeter's beautiful Cathedral Yard, and formerly the historic Royal Clarence Hotel, ABode Exeter has built upon a tradition of excellence and quality to create the city's most exciting venue. The hotel offers individual, contemporary design allied with tradition and understated elegance. Bedrooms have been designed with a sense of luxury, with some rooms enjoying splendid views of the 12th century Gothic Cathedral.

We are looking for a strong motivated night manager who has proven background in managing a team with a high degree of responsibility.

The future member of our team will:

• Be a strong leader who can manage and motivate their team and command a situation should the need arise.
  
  


• Maintain consistent service delivery through out the evening ensuring the guests stay is seamless.Have a strong financial understanding, with the ability to process all night auditing procedures.
  
  


• Possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop key relationships with all our guests.
  
  


• Be a strong communicator who can establish strong working relationships with all hotel departments.
  
  


• Have experience of working in a similar style property, which is desirable for this role, as is an operating knowledge of Opera, or a similar system.

Gratuities/ Service Charge: Not applicable to this role, Holidays: 28 days per annum
