We are looking for a strong motivated night manager who has proven background in managing a team with a high degree of responsibility.

The future member of our team will:

• Be a strong leader who can manage and motivate their team and command a situation should the need arise.
  
• Maintain consistent service delivery through out the evening ensuring the guests stay is seamless.
  
• Have a strong financial understanding, with the ability to process all night auditing procedures
  
• Possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to develop key relationships with all our guests.
  
• Be a strong communicator who can establish strong working relationships with all hotel departments.
  
• Have experience of working in a similar style property, which is essential to this role, as is an operating knowledge of Fidelio/Opera/ Hotel Executive.
  

Contract Hours: 40, Days Any 5 out of 7, Weekends: Yes, Evenings: Yes, Gratuities/ Service Charge: Not applicable to this role, Holidays: 28 days per annum
