Job description

We are looking for an intelligent and enthusiast individual who will complement our business model and help us to research and liaise on a variety of legal matters. If you are a student completing a Law degree or a Legal graduate up for a challenge, this is the role for you.

- Key responsibilities:

-Maintenance of existing products and ventures from a legal perspective;
-Documenting and obtaining regulatory approval for existing and new products/ventures;
-Liaising with third parties, including advisers and administrators, when preparing contracts and agreements;
-Involvement in all areas of business development and establishing new relationships where necessary;

-Requirements:
-Real Estate Law work experience for the development of a new project;
-IP/ Contract/ Commercial Law know-how/interest;
-Fluent in written and spoken English;
-Confident with Microsoft Office;
-Efficient and proactive work ethic;
