Dispatch Advocate Location: Leeds Canal Street

Salary: £20,274.60 pro rota

Hours: Evening -Monday to Friday 12:00 – 20:00 (37 hours) or W eekend -Saturday & Sunday 08:00 – 17:30 (18 hours)

With a clear focus on customer satisfaction and the commercial aims of the business, the Dispatch Advocate will be required to provide effective scheduling solutions to the Smart Field Operation, through pro-actively managing a work schedule, ensuring the Smart Energy Experts are kept productive and ensuring that the manpower is matched in each area.

We empower our people to make decisions and as such you will be relied upon to act in the best interests of customers and the business. You will be required to investigate and respond to customer complaints, taking ownership and ensuring that customer issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. Relationship management will be a key part of the role and will involve keeping abreast of the inner workings of your allocated region, the needs of your smart energy experts, coaches and managers and provide key updates to all relevant stakeholders.

Working within a fast paced and changeable environment, will require a calm and focused individual who is highly organised, proactive, motivated to solve problems and able successfully build lasting relationships with both office teams and field teams.
