Internship for Human Resource Management Students
Selangor - Bandar Sunway

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

· Participate in HR strategic Projects;
· Manage Personnel Administration and HR Systems in line with statutory and internal requirements;
· Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures;
· The HR Intern provides quality HR compliance and administrative support to the designated GBS HR team;
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
· Excellent organizational and planning skills;
· Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills;
· Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment;
· Detail oriented;
· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail.

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Economics or equivalent.
· Required skill(s): Microsoft Skills, Team Work, Organisational.
· 2 Internship position(s) for duration of 6 month(s).
