British American Tobacco Spain is looking for its HQ located in Madrid, a Commercial Finance Intern to join our Finance department.
Job purpose and key deliverables:
• Support Volumes, Product Cost and monthly closings and reporting cycles;
• Assist functional managers and executives in the delivery of key aspects of their role (i.e. monthly forecasting and understanding of revenue performance and key variances);
• Maintain planning assumptions in all related systems (SAP, BPC) and guarantee its consolidation;
• Support the preparation of Power Point presentation to the Senior Management;
• Work proactively in close collaboration with line manager with a view to maximize and accelerate own learning process.
Essential requirements:
• University degree in Finance, Economics and Business (Master degree is an advantage);
• Good computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & PowerPoint;
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to details;
• Openness, flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment, plus managing multiple tasks in parallel;
• Ability to manage time limits and deadlines;
• Advanced knowledge of English and Spanish languages (written and spoken).
