British American Tobacco has a new exciting opportunity for a Global Graduate to join our HR team in Dubai. 

The Global Graduate Program provides a foundation for your functional, managerial skills and business awareness development.

 

This is a 12-month program which provides successful candidates with the opportunity to fast track their career within our global organization. The program ensures that you will make your mark as the next generation of BAT leaders.

 

The program is designed to make you a well-rounded BAT employee, giving you the opportunity to work with diverse teams, be exposed to advanced processes and technologies in the HR world, in addition to being part of an amazing and unique culture! As a Global Graduate, you will be very well equipped with coaching and mentoring skills to enable the fast progress of your career. Upon your graduation from this program, you will assume a level one managerial role in the HR function.
