Reactive Maintenance Manager

We are one of Kents leading Construction companies. Our clients include Blue Chip Companies, Government Departments and Housing Associations.

We are currently looking for a Reactive Maintenance Manager to oversee our small works department. The position will entail organising between 25 to 50 incoming orders per day. This will include both reactive and planned maintenance works. You will be in charge of a small team of our tradesmen who specialise in carrying out small works. You will also have access to the remainder of our workforce as required to ensure that all works are carried out within there time scales.

The successful applicant will need to have experience in working in a similar position within a Construction Company or within a Facilities Management Environment. You will need to show that you have strong organisation abilities and are proficient in the use of computer systems.

You will also need to show that you are able to work as part of our existing management team and ensure that our current high standards that we offer our clients are maintained at all times.
