Our clients are major manufacturers and distributors, private equity, as well as technical service providers. Our offering includes both multi-client services developed around an online database for market monitoring and forecasting, and bespoke consultancy services. Who are you?

We are currently looking to recruit intelligent, passionate, investigative and highly-professional, client focused telephone interviewers to work on a variety of building product related projects at our offices in Ealing, West London for approximately four to six weeks.

As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for the collection and assimilation of market data in a variety of building technology related sectors, like heating, bathroom and ventilation.

Duties of the role will include:

- You will, as part of our international team, mainly be responsible for outbound business-to-business (B2B) calls to our existing clients as well as expanding our network of contacts within the HVAC and bathroom & kitchen industry.

- Primary research through high-level telephone interviews with industry.

- Secondary intelligence gathering including the collection and analysis of supporting statistics (e.g. macroeconomic indicators, construction statistics, etc.).

- Updating our existing database of market data and company profile information.

- Maintaining and expanding our network of contacts in the building products industry.

- Provide support to internal analysts.

- Lead generation.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Successful candidates must, besides English, speak one of the following languages(native or full working proficiency): Czech/ Slovak, Croatian, Finnish, German, Hungarian, Romanian, Spanish and/ or Slovenian.

- Previous market research experience (mandatory).

- A fearless attitude towards research interviews is essential.

- Candidates must have a professional telephone manner.

- Telephone based market research is highly preferred.
