The role
Depending on your qualifications and interests, we will work to adapt the tasks you do to best utilise your skills. We will teach you about areas of business you may not have yet encountered.
As a communications and operations intern you will be…
Updating, maintaining and learning about our integrated database/CRM/campaigns systems.
Assisting with email campaigns
Managing the office and assisting programme coordinators to ensure suppliers are aligned.
Learn skills to structure the e-learning site and integrate it with our CRM system
Think creatively about how we can repurpose the e-learning site and use it to go beyond e-learning and use it to capture informational clients.
Skills that you are likely to gain are…
Communications and marketing, web design skills
General office skills including proof reading, minute taking proposal exposure
Office management skills including liaising with suppliers, & reconciling accountants etc
Understanding of our position within the Management Consultancy sphere
Basic understanding of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and how to use it to improve communications
Database/CRM training
Desired skills and experience:
Outstanding English at Native Speaker Level with excellent spelling and grammar
Qualified to Degree level with 2:1 or above ideally in Psychology, Humanities & Social Sciences (Geography, History, Anthropology).
Some office experience (emails, phone manner, writing skills, proof reading)
Strong PowerPoint and Word skills with an eye for good design and detail
Strong communicator: clear written, verbal and spoken communication
Events experience strongly preferred
Some knowledge of CRM functions with ability to see its context in greater business purpose and how it can be used to further business development.

Desired profile
