Job description

Tasks :
- invoicing, bank reconciliation, expenses
- support HR and recruitment processes - progressive involvement in project admin tasks
- travel/conference arrangements
- assisting in preparing financial reports, external and internal presentations
- managing general office operations and team assistance
Experience in administration and with accounting software like Quickbooks online desired. Bring your own laptop.
