Multi-Drop Driver Class 2 - Harlow

Job description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Multi-Drop Driver to join our team in our new depot based in Harlow. All you need is a Class 2 driving licence, your CPC and Digital Tachograph card and the desire to provide great customer service.

The role
As a new Multi-Drop Driver, you will be delivering our customers’ orders, on multiple drops, accurately and on time, whilst also providing excellent customer service. Other key responsibilities will include:
• Collecting monies.
• Maintaining product temperatures.
• Checking vehicles to ensure vehicle roadworthiness and compliance with VOSA regulations.
• Complying with Health & Safety (SSOW), hygiene and other vehicle-related legislation.

What you’ll need
We'll equip you with the skills you need to deliver great customer service and be the face of the Brakes brand. You will need to develop good working relationships with colleagues and customers, handling customer queries wherever possible so excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. You must demonstrate the knowledge and initiative to solve basic problems and make decisions, displaying evidence of organisational and prioritisation skills.
