Key accountabilities

·  Provide dedicated client facing HRIM services to assignees and designated businesses, for assignees into and out of the UK, or via the Service Centre model run from the UK
·  Responsible for end to end HRIM operational service delivery for designated businesses
·  Develop and manage relationships with BFHR Managers and advisors in selected businesses
·  Ensure services provided effectively to support business needs within the agreed policy and client service framework – offer proactive first level of advice on policy application and cost effectiveness
·  Responsible for data management and quality in the new MyMobility system and for payroll in conjunction with counterparts in other locations
·  Offer training to BFHR
Essential Education

The successful candidate will have a background in international mobility, with experience gained in a large, Blue Chip organisation. To be effective in the role the post holder will need to have a good understanding of the mechanics of operating international HR processes in a large and complex business environment and is therefore must have worked in an International Mobility advisor role previously. As many aspects of the day to day role involve problem solving our ideal candidate will also have a sound understanding of general HR processes, immigration, tax and social security legislations potentially with experience of having worked as an HR generalist or in other HR specialisms.

Essential experience and job requirements

·  Strong client service skills combined with good relationship building skills, developed through experience with large and/or varied expatriate populations
·  Ability to manage difficult conversations
·  Demonstrates experience and understanding of the requirement for alignment of HRIM to the needs of the business
·  Proven ability in judgement and decision making ensuring any policy or process exception suggestions are appropriately challenged and escalated as necessary.
·  Experience in working as part of a team, experience in knowledge sharing and willingness to strive to achieve improvement
·  Knowledge of expatriate tax, policy, technology and process Experience of working in challenging operational environments across many locations with multiple lines of authority
·  Strong practical knowledge of global, regional and local expatriate issues
·  Demonstration of data and payroll accuracy and desire for continuous learning and personal improvement
·  Strong process management and systems skills
