Key accountabilities

·  Responsible to establish KPI's supporting the delivery of the functional objectives by working with the Regional Demand Managers and Regional Demand Analysts as a part of annual my plan process.
·  Support the Regional Demand Managers and Business Integrator in preparation for the Regional Demand Reviews, Supply hand-offs & Supply reviews as well as the overall IR process providing timely and relevant input by acting as the central point of contact for the Global Demand team.
·  Represents Demand in the monthly Product Management Review (PMR), socialises actions, insights and Marketing plan with the rest of the team. Feeds the Demand Review process with insights from the PMR. Informs the Global Demand Planning Analyst with insights and changes in portfolio assumptions.
·  Responsible for the effective management of the GME product offer and business strategies. Drive best in class execution of GME portfolio management striking the right balance between product availability and working capital targets.
·  Drives CI intentions linked to SLOB process globally. Drives and tracks provisions reductions through facilitation of the regional action plans gleaning insights linked to product offer. Supports supply chain in reducing working capital through enhancing insights around the Supply forecasting process.
·  Develop the LBM operating manual through procedure management and understanding tools, inputs and outputs of LBM Demand processes.
·  Manage resource deployment requests within the Demand team for the Operating units being served.
·  Governance for the Demand Team Projects & activities supporting business strategy.
·  Support the continuous improvement agenda and action plans (training packs and LBM cook book, ensure documentation up to date, design share point and upkeep,
·  standardise reporting, assist the regions with audits, update process and procedures),
·  Establish best in class demand plan process and procedures underpinning a capable LBM process in GME.
·  Drive standardisation of the regional ways of working, sharing best practices and finds the right level of centralisation.
·  Manage the Streamline process for GME ensuring that any changes in systems/processes (Introduction of IP&L, Launch pad integration) are highlighted to the streamline community and that all appropriate training is provided via the PLA central team.
·  Animate in coordination with the Global Demand Manager My Plan, PDP, PSP (performance, development and safety plan) processes for the demand team.
·  Police and manage the Demand team's continuous improvement agenda. Champion emerging Issues within the Demand team and support the drive for resolution.
·  Lead the simplification and standardisation agenda with a heavy focus on harmonising ways of working between Central and Regional Demand Analyst communities.
·  Provide key intelligence to the Global Demand Planning Analyst in the production of the supply forecast and intelligence hand offs to the GSC envelopes.
·  Ownership for management and CI behind Demand team sharepoint including management of the Marine operations manual, holiday charts, HSSE folder, ensuring updates are communicated to the relevant parts of the organisation.
·  Proactively supports the Demand team communication strategy by cascading success stories through the business . Initial focus being around value add or efficiency wins. KEY CHALLENGES:
·  Working with remote teams within the region and outside of the region.
·  Driving Continuous Improvement in Demand Planning & service excellence.

Essential Education

·  University degree in Business, Engineering or Science
Desirable criteria and qualifications

·  Demonstrated success in driving improvements in Forecast Accuracy at both Product Group and SKU level
·  Demonstrated ability to influence diverse cultures and dispersed teams
