Role synopsis

As the CRM Marketing Advisor you will deliver all Direct Marketing activities within the Retail Channels across the UK and across all categories

You will be accountable for significant volume and turnover, driving programs and budget management as well as delivering a performance management and reporting process.

You will deliver all consumer centric initiatives and you will co-ordinate fulfilment plans of activities through internal and external stakeholders and suppliers. As the role progresses you will become accountable for all direct marketing activities related to loyalty.

Key accountabilities

Utilising the track record of contact plans, you will input into the definition of the direct marketing plans representing the view of UK market and customer trends.

Key accountabilities include:

·  Supporting development of activity pipeline from the defined marketing plan and managing the full delivery of decided campaigns
·  On time delivery of all content including internal engagement plans (Ops/Partners), coalition channel management and performance measurement process
·  Maintaining budget associated with activity plan
·  Managing all information driving UK specific customer centric initiatives
·  Managing relationships with potential partners (Cross Marketing Promotions/Nectar partners) to ensure proper implementation for both parties
·  Actively seeking and applying best practices within area of expertise using all available tools and processes and support ongoing update.
·  Supporting opportunities to drive value through cross country and regional activation programs
·  Act as focal point for internal and external Contact Plan stakeholders in UK

Essential Education

·  University degree required or equivalent experience/ marketing qualification

·  Demonstrable experience in CRM / direct marketing
·  A marketing background with proven ability to implement, with accountability for budget and projects
·  Demonstrable experience in managing 3rd parties / virtual teams
·  Self-motivated and assertive
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and in writing
·  Skilful listener
·  Strong analytical skills
·  Strong project management skills
·  Strong financial understanding, budget and cost control
