The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Manager and overall team.

Key accountabilities

·  Provide administrative support to the manager, team and several small local teams.
·  Assist in planning & maintaining the schedule of manager.
·  Manage diary and mail, provide full administrative services related to travel, expenses, appointment setting, meeting and arrangements, mail and file management.
·  Track critical deadlines, follow-up on specific issues on behalf of manager and team.
·  Prepare and review letters, memos, and other correspondence for signature.
·  Develop working knowledge of appropriate policies, practices and procedures, and a general knowledge of work at BP.
·  Plan meetings as needed, including coordination and logistical support.
·  Keep accurate record of all spending via company purchasing card. Reconcile P-Card spending.
·  Responsible for entering data for Purchase Orders for Procurement
·  Plan events and coordinate for meetings and functions.
·  Take lead on managing general office issues and maintain business supplies.
·  Perform time-entry.
·  Maintain schedules/lists/contacts as required.
·  Handle mailing/copying/filing/faxing.
·  Serve as point of contact for all team members.
·  Take notes at team meetings.
Essential Education

·  High School Diploma or GED.
Desirable criteria and qualifications

·  Knowledge of pipeline & logistics, oil & gas or refining industries.
·  Experience with SAP.
