Provide general administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer of Power, SVP of Commercial Development & Strategy, and SVP of Marketing & Regulatory Affairs and their larger teams.

Key accountabilities

·  Manage all administrative needs of the Power COO and Power Team, including calendar management, email monitoring, travel arrangements, expense reporting, maintenance of certain team documents, collection/submission of pre-read material, and other special projects as assigned.
·  Provide similar support to the SVP of Commercial Development & Strategy and SVP of Marketing & Regulatory Affairs.
·  Provide support by coordinating and setting agendas for meetings as requested. This may also include taking notes and action items during the meeting.
·  Process invoices for the Power, Commercial Development & Strategy, and Marketing & Regulatory Affairs teams.
·  Maintain accurate tracking and storage of confidential deal documents and initiating signature process using DocuSign tool.
·  Plan and coordinate off-site meetings, customer events and associated arrangements as requested. This will include responsibility for tracking and reporting on all associated cost estimates and actuals and management risk assessment.
·  Provide back-up administrative coverage within NAGP administrative staff.
Essential Education

Two-year degree required
Desirable criteria and qualifications

·  Four-year degree preferred
·  Large corporation experience a plus.
