- Support with administration
- Expert in Office Microsoft (Excel, word, power point)
- Project Management skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Deal with incoming correspondence, emails and phone calls
• Support the team with admin tasks and inquiries
• Financial tasks - preparing invoices, processing payments and creating financial statements
• Preparing documentation
• Resolving customer queries
• General office duties - stationary ordering, filing, basic bookkeeping

Qualifications:
• Administrative background
• Knowledge of word processing
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good standard of numeracy and literacy
• Outstanding customer service skills
