Rail Baltica is a priority European rail project within the framework of the European Union's trans-European transport network. The project, currently under construction, is scheduled for completion in 2030, with partial commissioning in 2028.

Key Responsabilties:
· Gathering, compiling, checking all invoicing elements of all 5 SPs for submission to RBE.
· Providing single point of contact to RBE for all invoicing issues.
· Consolidating, checking, sending, filing, following up the legal screening of proposed suppliers and subcontractors of all SPs.
· Preparing and maintaining cashflow forecasts
· Preparing and maintaining quarterly Project inventories (fixed assets and production)
· Create and follow up suppliers and subcontractors in SAP, P.O.s
• Post all daily accounting entries in the common SAP: Debtor and vendor invoices, cash movements, fixed asset purchases and depreciations, tax entries, miscellaneous entries
• Prepare and submit all Estonian mandatory returns (VAT, CIT, etc.). Answer all tax administration requests
· Process and follow up all Insurance claims involving Alliance-coimmon policies (not car insurance and the like).

Your Profile:
- Bac +5 in Finance or Cost Control
- B2 level in English
- Previous experiences in a similar role
- Available to start 1st of April 2026
- Knowledge of SAP
