The Corporate Finance team of Equans Group is looking for his/her new Corporate Finance Intern!
6-month internship based in Courbevoie (La Défense)
 
The Corporate Finance Intern will assist the Corporate Finance Department in:
- the management of the financial risks for the Group (FX, rates and commodities),
- optimization of the Group financial structure in coordination with tax, legal, accounting and treasury teams,
- the animation of the international Corporate Finance network through regular meetings with Corporate Finance officers located in our country hubs (North America, the UK, Latin America, etc.),
- the deployment of the new guarantee management tool, Fairways Guarantee facilitating the guarantee reporting required by our Shareholder,
- providing assistance to operational subsidiaries for the implementation of all financing related matters (equity, shareholder loans, working capital facilities, etc.).

Required profile :
- Pursuing a university / business or engineering school degree In Finance, Economics, or a numerate discipline
- Relevant finance experience/internship in a major bank or international corporation required
- Fluent in English and French
- Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency
- A flexible team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
