Trainee Property Manager - Residential Lettings

Job description

We are looking for an additional person to join our busy Property Management team in Alton.

The ideal candidate will have experience in residential lettings or other property related experience, combined with strong customer service experience, excellent admin skills, have an open/friendly attitude and be interested in working in a busy, varied and result oriented environment.

You will be working within an existing friendly team and duties will include managing a range of residential properties, liaising daily with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues. A key aspect of the role is ensuring legal compliance and you will therefore need to be highly organised, efficient and focused on attention to detail. Daily visits to properties will be required to manage check-ins, check-outs and inspections and therefore a driving licence and your own transport is essential. You will need to have a pro-active approach to problem solving and enjoy working in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
