Your contribution to something big

·  Responsible for achievement of quality, cost and delivery targets of a satellite assembly site.
·  Main contact between the satellite (Tizayuca) and the matrix assembly plant (Toluca).
·  Responsible for developing, implementing and executing Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
·  Assure 100% on time delivery with quality to customer.
·  Schedules inbound materials, labor, production and finished product deliveries based on sales demands. Confirms deliveries with customers on a regular basis.
·  Coaches and develops team to achieve performance standards with regards to safety, line efficiency and quality.
·  Manages direct and indirect controllable costs to meet overall cost target.
·  Tracks key performance indicators to achieve production targets, reports to management.
·  Oversees facility equipment efficiency and reliability to minimize downtime.
·  Ensures compliance with all Environmental, Health & Safety regulations.
·  Lead and Promote Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

What distinguishes you

·  Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or related field.
·  Master business administration’s degree desirable, <·  3 years’ experience in manufacturing automotive industry, inside Bosch desirable, Supply chain experience, Knowledge of lean manufacturing processes/procedures required, Basic Knowledge in manage production resources.
·  Skills: High leadership, results-oriented and self-directed, Hands-on and independent hard worker with strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management abilities, Professional communication skills are essential.

This position contributes to the success of manufacturing and warehousing by directing the production team to meet demands while achieving targets related to cost, efficiencies, waste, safety and productivity at Satellite WSH Tizayuca.
