Your contribution to something big

•Support the development of new products and systems by developing test plans, validating hardware and firmware required to meet product and system requirements.
•Participate as an active member of development team; provide technical schedule and cost status information as required.
•Actively participate in creating hardware-specific product documentation such as the hardware test document and firmware test document.
•Ensure the developed hardware is of high quality thorough design verification testing.
•Develop and manage testing DVP&R supporting all stages of the product design process.
•Support development for all test fixture and automation design required for new product validation

What distinguishes you

•4 year technical degree.
•3+ years’ work experience as a Test Engineer.
•Proven track record in supporting new product development and manufacturing testing and design.
•Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Preferred:
•Ability to work in an agile team environments.
•Ability to solve problems using problem solving methodologies (i.e. 8D, 5-why, etc.).
•Experience with taking a product through UL certification.
•Experience with testing to regulatory standards (FCC / EMC / UL).
•Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
•Ability to execute own work with minimum supervision and strong communication skills.
•Ability to work with energetic cross-functional teams.
•Ability to test and debug own designs.
