• Sub-assembly and assemble battery components Maintain a clean and safe work area Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing activities; Support company
• vision, values, goals, and business plan
• Adhere to all company policies Improve safety culture
• Perform welding operations. Perform final assembly operations. Perform final inspection testing. Perform operations on high volume manufacturing equipment
• Attend weekly training meetings; Provide input for quality, cost, and equipment
• Support ISO 14001 and TS 16949 activities. Inform supervisor/group leader/maintenance of equipment and quality issues.

What distinguishes you

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, understand and follow written work instructions
• Ability to operate basic machine shop equipment
• Working knowledge of hand tools
• Continuous bending, reaching, standing, twisting, grabbing and kneeling; Ability to lift 35 pounds; Perform cleaning tasks as needed; Provide assistance as needed for inventory counts. Document equipment activity; Perform accurate and quality work
