Your contribution to something big

·  Coordinate engineering changes, transportation requests, track and speed up of sorting of components, launch of new projects, system set up, system maintenance.
·  Planning, tracking and follow up of all the part numbers of components (raw material)
·  Inform to the supplier the future deliveries that has to be done.
·  Negotiate and activate the delivery of materials for production
·  Assure supply on time of material to the plant, adjusting delivery and lead times, qty and shipping modes
·  Necessary activities to assure the proper development of the plant operation, avoiding production shutdowns, and avoiding obsolete stocks
·  Guarantee enough materials to cover the production plan, and review of production schedule
·  Perform coverage analysis and demand analysis fluctuation
·  Detect materials which are out of the stablished levels of stock, defined by the direction of the area, and take corrective measures if necessary in the case of over stock but also in cases of shortages of material.
·  Define root cause analysis about the possible deviations, and implement and track corrective actions
·  Develop demand fluctuation analysis, using SAP tools and external ones.
·  Assure SAP maintenance in a constant way.

What distinguishes you

·  Education: Bachelor in Bussiness Admnistration or Industrial Engeneering
·  Languages: Advance English, German (desireble)
·  Experience at least 3 years as material planner Coordinator for the in automotive industry
·  SAP (P58,P79,POE,PA5)
·  Certifications: Supply Chain Management, SAP
·  Competences: Target Oriented, Future Oriented, Leading myself, Leading others, Cooperation, Communication skills, Work under pressure
