Your contribution to something big

·  Take responsibility: You will perform day to day operation of Skype for Business (SfB) environment which includes change, release, performance and availability management.
·  Networked communication: You will monitor availability and correct functioning of Skype for Business, as well as, utilization and planning for server systems capacity upgrades worldwide for all Bosch locations.
·  Observe, and think ahead: You will follow up in diagnosing and be in charge of resolving any system problems, utilizing all available tracing and troubleshooting tools (OCS and CLS logger, Snooper, Wireshark, etc.).
·  Reliable implementation: You will provide operational support and be responsible for troubleshooting of system infrastructures.
·  Use your creativity and freedom: Planning, coordinating and performing maintenance activities, upgrades, patches and disaster recovery tests with customers in the field.
·  Conscientious coordination: You will work with other technical teams including network and telephony engineers and vendors, as necessary, to support customer activities.

·  Working practice: goal and customer oriented, independently and reliable
·  Working experience: several years of professional experience in an large scale enterprise environment managing MS Lync 2013 or SfB 2015 components in a high availability architecture based on ITIL processes
·  Knowledge: IP and IP related communication concepts like QoS, interfaces to Exchange and a mobility environment, knowing SfB Peripheral components like SBC, SBA, IP-PBX and Load Balancers would be beneficial
·  Qualification: Microsoft Certification: MCTS (70-664) TS: Lync Server 2010, Configuration or 70-336-Core Solutions of Microsoft Lync Server 2013 desirable
·  Languages: good English skills both written and spoken
·  Education: completed degree in electrical engineering, computer science, communications engineering, communications technology or similar
