This is an exciting time at Bosch. We’re developing progressive, creative mobile apps for a variety of end-users: Connected Products, Marketing, E-Commerce, Internal, Business-to-Business, ERP/SAP and beyond. A lot of companies claim to be using cutting-edge, emerging technologies for their mobile platform development; at Bosch, we’re actually doing it.

Our iOS developers need to be creative and progressive with their design, development and implementation. They need to be passionate about mobile app development and emerging development trends to anticipate next generation mobile functionality. In short, they will be prototyping the next wave of mobile consumer-facing applications for the global consumption of our products and services.

Required Skill Set

·  Minimum of 3 years of iOS development experience
·  Deep understanding of iOS UX and UI design paradigm.
·  In-depth knowledge of Swift, Objective-C, XCode (7.x+), UIKit and Interface Builder
·  Minimum of 1 years of hands-on SWIFT experience
·  Prior experience consuming web services: REST APIs
·  Experience using iOS libraries such as Afnetworking, Jsonmodel, Reactivecocoa, CocoaPods, Cocoa Touch, and knowledge of ARC and blocks.
·  Object oriented programing
·  Dependency Injection and general design patterns.
·  Experience releasing at least one application into the App Store with a minimum of one application published in the app store.

What distinguishes you

Preferred Additional Skills

·  Familiarity with Private CocoaPods, Crashlytics, Google Analytics or equivalent analytics services , Websockets, GCD, NSOperation, and multithreading
·  A/B testing frameworks
·  Experience using Frameworks such as HealthKit, HomeKit
·  Experience integrating with third-party libraries and APIs
·  Design and development of enterprise level mobile apps for a variety of end-users: Connected Products, IoT, marketing (branding), transactional (sales), SAP and ERP, B-2-B, eCommerce applications
·  Participated in Agile/Scrum development environments - Desire to work in an agile, collaborative environment.

The best candidates will:

·  Have a passion for the changing landscape of mobile technology and how it can be translated into next generation applications
·  Have experience designing and developing enterprise mobile apps for diverse end-users
·  Have experience designing and developing in consumer facing apps – connected products
·  Excellent grasp of the mobile landscape, trends, and emerging technologies
·  Be knowledgeable with current and changing development trends
·  Recognize innovation opportunities and advocate for them.
