Your contribution to something big

This role will incorporate the primary functions of Identity Management (IdM) and Web Access Management (WAM) – to ensure your end-users have the access they need to the information most important to the performance of their roles. You will serve as the primary controlling mechanism to IdM and WAM services access by consulting with your end-users to determine need, train your clients on access procedures, and consult with your end-users on best practices and solutions for changing access needs.

Some of your responsibilities:
- IdM-AM Community: Build up and lead regional competence team Americas and enhance support processes in the region across all business unites.
- AIM (Access and Identity Management): Consulting of application owners about IdM and related architecture, processes, interfaces and integrations. Integrate SAP and NON-SAP applications with focus but not limited to Americas.
- WAM (Web Access Management): Further integration of applications in Asia Pacific and Americas. Coordination and communication regarding support and maintenance activities for WAM with internal suppliers and customers in AP/AM.

What distinguishes you

Required Skill Set

·  Minimum 5 years implementing and servicing an IdM product
·  Experience with Unix (Solaris); Linux (RHEL); Windows (WAM, oneIdM)
·  Ability to review the requirements of the end-user and consult on the architecture and interface needed for AIM integration
·  Prior experience with IdM solutions integrationAdministrator - and application support
·  Hands-on experience implementing firewall and network technologies; Hands-on experience with Oracle (SIM); MySQL (Jasper Reporting); MS SQL (oneIdM); Scripting experience with Bash (Legacy); Power Shell (oneIdM); SQL; basic Java knowledge

Preferred Additional Skills:

·  Prior work with Application Servers: WebSphere (SIM); Tomcat / Apache (BOA); IIS (oneIdM)Preferred Additional Skills
·  Prior experience with customer consulting surrounding changes with architecture, processes, interfaces and further integrations
·  Strong analytical, customer service, organizational and communication skills
