Your contribution to something big

·  Coordinate and execute the talent attraction strategy.
·  Recruitment and selection
·  Responsible for the planning, co-ordination and execution of the recruitment and selection process
·  Post open positions through internal and external recruitment sites
·  Advertise internal staff vacancies on bulletin boards and intranet
·  Collect and screen resumes, select potential candidates and provide short list of approved candidates to Supervisors for interview and with technical experts if needed
·  Interview applicants for middle management administrative positions, complete assessments and technical tests and make recommendations to Supervisor about employee appointments
·  Develop and maintain network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates (E.g. headhunters, recruitment communities, recruitment/ job fairs, etc.)
·  Manage day to day relationships with recruitment agencies/third parties as appropriate
·  Develop test questions, case studies and rating standards within established selection procedures and guidelines
·  Prepare and present offer letters according to the compensation system
·  Attend local job fairs to actively recruit applicants
·  Participate in the development of any related recruitment policies and procedures
·  Evaluate recruitment and selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, and testing standards, recommending revision as needed
·  Prepare relevant reports as required by management
·  Report the KPIs related to staffing process
·  Work in accordance with yearly set out deadlines on HR Work plan, and update regular progress and initiate recommendations for appropriate measure to address underlying problems or issues, including but not limited to, suggestions on policy clarification or development, appropriate training or other
·  Responsible for Blended Onboarding

What distinguishes you

·  At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field
·  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, psychology, industrial engineering or related field
·  Basic knowledge of principles and practices of human resources administration related to the area of assignment, such as recruitment and selection recruiting experience with a large, complex organization or high volume, fast-paced working environment
·  Knowledge of general human resource topics (recruiting, application process, interviewing, hiring) required
·  Knowledge of specialized human resource topics (benefits, turnover analysis, job skills analysis, staff development) preferred
·  General knowledge of the world of work and occupational requirements specially in automotive industry
·  Able to listen to business customers and understand specific candidate qualifications required to meet employers' needs
·  Able to listen to candidates and assess suitability and interest in employer positions
·  Works well in teams and with business customers and other staff (flexible, congenial and adaptable)#Able to communicate effectively to others orally and in writing
·  Ability to use Workforce Solutions assessment tools, such as typing tests, spelling tests, etc. to
