Your contribution to something big

The qualified individual will be provide support with budget planning, analysis and reporting for the Diesel Systems SG&A cost centers.
Specific responsibilities include:

·  Assist with preparing budgets and forecasts in conjunction with department managers in the sales departments.
·  Analyzing actual cost center expenses compared to budget and forecast.
·  Reporting actual results to cost center managers and responding to follow up variance questions with adequate research and documentation.
·  Responsibilities also include participation in the month end accounting close process and adhering to strict reporting deadlines during reporting cycles.
·  Expense invoice follow up, presentation preparation, management review, special projects and ad hoc requests will all be part of normal job duties.

What distinguishes you

·  Must be currently enrolled in an accredited university and pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree with at least one semester completed.
·  Minimum overall GPA of at least 3.0.
·  Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
·  Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
·  Ability to work a minimum of 1 year
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Understanding of basic to intermediate MS Excel (pivot tables, filtering, vlookups)
·  Ability to take direction, and follow written and verbal instructions
