Your contribution to something big
· Exhaust sensor system engineering for diesel applications (Passenger Car/Light Duty/Heavy Duty).
· Define exhaust sensor performance and controls requirements.
· Prepare evaluation and analysis methods for emission control functions and exhaust system components.
· Calibration of exhaust aftertreatment for Light Duty/Heavy Duty Application.
· Troubleshoot functional components of aftertreatment systems, both in vehicle and on an engine dyno.
· Evaluate test data and present results to management and customers
· Support of customers with expertise on sensor technology
What distinguishes you
· Bachelor's Engineering or technical related field.
· Minimum 3 years experience in exhaust sensor engineering or calibration (preferred NOx sensor, PM sensor, lambda sensor, temperature sensors, pressure sensors).
· Experience with automotive electronics, CAN/SENT device communications, micro-controller processors.
· Basic knowledge of engine combustion technology, diesel emission control strategies and catalyst chemistry.
· Hands-on approach with strong analytical skills/abilities.
· Strong interest to explore new technologies for emission reduction.
Preferred:
· Knowledge of ETAS tools, including INCA.
· Familiarity with diesel exhaust system and sensors release, validation and application engineering.
