Bosch Automotive Products (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 1999, the total area of 80,000 square meters, with total investment of 300 million U.S. dollars. The company consists of five Divisions, which be responsible for producing and selling automotive electronics, chassis control, chassis brake, car multimedia systems and the machinery and equipment used for spare parts spare parts assembly of machinery and equipment.

Bosch Chassis Systems Control Division China develops leading vehicle safety technologies for car manufacturers, including active safety and passive safety, etc. It started activities in Suzhou in 2002. This development was followed by the localized production and application of ABS and ESP®, opening of the Engineering center, as well as the VVR establishment for road testing and verification of vehicle braking systems. We opened latest winter test facilities in Yakeshi in 2008.

Tasks

>> Assistant to managers of CC-AS/EHW-CN and CC-AS/ESW-CN
(1) Support the Manager for business planning, current forecast and keep tracking.
(2) Responsible for SAP MAE and Controlling system purchase and tracking.
(3) Tracking fixed assets capitalization.
(4) Conduct yearly inventory required by FIN
>> Coordinate managers’ daily calendar.Organize the meeting base on request.
>> Organization chart and employee list maintainance reguarly.
>> Overseas trips and R&D cost record.
>> Department secretary to all administration topics.
>> Plan, Organize and moderate the department activities, including monthly department meeting, team building and annual outing.
>> Travel coordinator (1) Beeing responsible for flight, hotel & rental car booking and afterwords bill checking. (2) Pre-check the employee’s reimbursement before manager.
>> Train admin interns for engineers’ daily admin request.
>> BGN editor.
>> ERT member (emergency team).

Requirements

>> Bachelor degree or above in Secretarial major or other related area.
>> At least 2 year working experience in administration area.
>> High efficiency and responsibility
>> Strong communication skills
>> MS office and SAP
>> Flunent in oral and written English
