Tasks

·  You will work on ASIC development projects for MEMS consumer electronics
·  Block level analog design and verification for mixed signal ASICs.
·  Implement most challenging blocks of MEMS sensor signal and driver ICs
·  Working on design requirements, block level specifications, and circuit documentation
·  Lab evaluation of block and chip performance

Requirements

·  Dipl.-Ing. / MSEE or equivalent
·  Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IC design
·  Experience with state-of-the-art EDA software tools for simulation, verification and design flow
·  Experience in area and power optimization and modeling of analog blocks
·  Preferably experience in CMOS processing, layout and full custom digital design
